Title: Clinical Specialist
City: Cincinnati, Ohio
Company: Medical Device Company
Compensation: $55k-65k base and $8k yearly bonus
Benefits: Car allowance of $400/month, mileage reimbursement, cell phone, laptop, high-speed Internet, full benefits including 401k
Job Description: This position will include education, training, and clinical support. The Clinical Specialist will help clinically support 1 sales reps in the area helping with pre and post sale activities. This Clinical Specialist will clinically educate physicians and their staff on how to properly implant this medical device used for pain management. This is a full time job with no on call duties or weekend requirements. There is day travel required each day. The candidate will be involved with direct patient care when educating the patients on how to properly set up and operate the medical device in addition to some follow up care. A large majority of the time is spent in the OR working with Surgeons. There is ample training with the company and normally last 2 months.
Qualifications: We are looking for a nurse, surgical tech, or physician assistant with pain management, spinal cord, Neuro, OR or Surgery experience. Would prefer someone with industry and or applications experience.
Territory: Cincinnati and Dayton
Travel: 50-75%
